This woman in her 40s wanted correction of her "congenital" breast asymmetry. Before surgery her breasts were very different sizes, with at least a cup size difference. Dr. Butterfield performed a breast augmentation and lifting to both breasts. The Left breast was corrected with a traditional "Wise Pattern" (keyhole shaped scar), and the right breast was corrected with a peri-areolar (around the nipple) technique.
